Tom leads the core SATRA Innovation & Research department, which is at the leading edge of applied technology targeted at materials, product and process improvement and development within manufacturing industries. Tom has been involved in various developments and has co-authored six research papers on the complex mathematical background to leather cutting software, four of which have been published internationally. He joined SATRA in 1985.
