SATRA has developed a unique approach to establishing the usability of leather in the footwear, leather goods, furniture and automotive industries. The basic principle is simple – it is that the supplier of the leather and the end user agree on a method of labelling leather as defined by one selected product. So, in the case of footwear, they will agree on a specific style as the only one to be considered.

This webinar will explain in more detail about identifying typical defects on leather and SATRA's system of leather grading and the benefits of using it.
