SATRA TimeLine seminars held in China

Stuart Irons and Ray Wisken from SATRA’s UK headquarters recently visited China to carry out training on SATRA’s production efficiency systems. While there, Stuart and Ray presented SATRA TimeLine seminars to member companies, giving their teams the opportunity to learn about this new factory labour costing and line balancing system. SATRA TimeLine has attracted considerable interest from many SATRA’s members, particularly those with large manufacturing bases in Asia where rising labour costs and labour shortages have put increasing pressure on margins, and where more efficient manufacturing operations are critical to maintaining market position. SATRA plans to hold further presentations and explanations of SATRA TimeLine in China in the near future.
