Sunlight Group footwear gains EC type certification

SATRA recently issued an EC type-examination certificate to Zhuhai City, Guangdong province-based Sunlight Group, for its E02267 GX-8 GTX occupational footwear style. Conforming to European and international standard EN ISO 20347:2012, the products are water-resistant and incorporate a heat- and
fuel-resistant outsole.

The Sunlight Group site in Jinwan District has two factories with five production lines and a capacity of some two million pairs of shoes per year. Certified by SATRA – a Notified Body in the UK – testing was carried out at the SATRA safety footwear test facility in Dongguan, China.
