Clarks launches B2B voucher scheme
International shoe manufacturer and retailer Clarks has established a business-to-business (B2B) voucher programme to allow coupons to be redeemed across the UK. Businesses will be able to distribute vouchers to members of their staff as part of an employee incentive scheme.
“There will be around 500 outlets accepting the vouchers around the UK,” Dave Ross, Clarks’ programme manager told SATRA Bulletin. “The possibility of rolling the scheme out to additional markets will be discussed in due course.”
The first phase will be the distribution of paper vouchers, with unique codes created to track and verify redemptions. The strategy will then become completely digital, with vouchers being issued via email and SMS. Each voucher’s unique code allows it to be tracked from the time of issue to redemption, with data collected for marketing campaigns.
