Lectra hires Northern Europe director

Edwin Ingelaere is now in charge of a 35-strong team.

Lectra has announced the appointment of Edwin Ingelaere as director of Northern Europe operations. Based in Destelbergen, Belgium, he is to oversee a 35-strong team spread across Benelux, Scandinavia and the Baltic countries.

Mr Ingelaere brings 20 years’ industry experience to his new role. He joined Lectra from Belgian Wi-Fi communications network provider Option, where he was business development director for the company’s machine-to-machine services.

Mr Ingelaere graduated from Artesis University College, Anvers in telecommunications and electronic engineering, and in business management at Vlekho Brussels.
