Crocs announces new management team
Greg Sullivan has been appointed to a senior business transformation role.
Footwear manufacturer Crocs has announced several key management changes, including the appointment of Greg Sullivan to the new role of senior vice president of global business transformation, Scott Yuan to general manager of Greater China, Michelle Poole to senior vice president of global product creation and merchandising, Bob Munroe to general manager of Crocs Americas region.
In his new role, Mr Sullivan – previously general manager of the Americas –will help to create a merchant-led enterprise and what is described as ‘more nimble’ global and regional organisations. Mr Yuan has most recently been serving as assistant general manager of the company’s Chinese division. He will be based in Shanghai. Ms Poole joined Crocs in August 2014, after five years serving as senior vice president of product for Sperry Top-Sider. Mr Munroe spent ten years working at Reebok, most recently as president following the brand’s acquisition by adidas and previously as senior vice president and general manager for North America. Since he left Reebok, Mr Munroe has led a number of start-up companies and at Crocs will be responsible for managing the region’s direct-to-consumer, wholesale and internet sales channels.
“Consistent with our previously stated intent of upgrading the management team, these changes will help us bring together global merchandising, design, development and product management to work as one team, with focus and purpose,” said Crocs president, Andrew Rees.
