WWW announces appointment

Roxane Divol is the newest member of the Wolverine Worldwide board.

Roxane Divol has been appointed by outdoor footwear group Wolverine Worldwide (WWW) to its board of directors. Ms Divol is currently senior vice-president of alliances for software group Symantec, before which she worked for the McKinsey & Company consultancy. According to Blake Krueger, Wolverine Worldwide’s chief executive, Ms Divol adds a valuable strategic and global perspective to the Michigan-based company’s board.
