Rhenoflex becomes an independent company

Rainer Gruber will lead the newly-independent company from its base in Ludwigshafen.

After more than 60 years as a part of BK Giulini GmbH, German thermoplastic reinforcement producer Rhenoflex is to trade as a standalone company under the roof of an investor group.

The former management team – with Rainer Gruber at its head – will continue to drive Rhenoflex GmbH from its Ludwigshafen base. The operation will include production and research/ development, as well as caring for sales and marketing campaigns. Plans are in place for investment and growth, as well as activities to boost global presence and network.

Rhenoflex says it is no longer constrained by the internal limitations of a listed multinational enterprise, with staff members eager to benefit from being an independent, flexible player.
