Under Armour's European headquarters is reportedly relocating to a new site in the Dutch city of Amsterdam, as part of a strategy to assist the company to increase its business on the continent. The US-owned sportswear producer will be one of the occupants of 'Olympic Amsterdam' – a redevelopment of the area close to the city’s Olympic Stadium, which hosted the 1928 summer games. The new facilities are expected to be completed during the summer of 2017 and, according to Chris Bate, head of Under Armour's European business, the team is looking forward to occupying a space that has long been synonymous with sport, design and history.
