SATRA organises children’s footwear workshop
The event has been designed for anyone working in the children’s footwear supply chain.
The safety and reliability of children’s shoes has always been of concern to shoemakers and retailers. Progressively, more demanding legislation coupled with rising consumer expectation provide a major challenge to the industry. At SATRA, we regularly test children’s footwear to help keep these products at the required level.
SATRA will be holding a three-day seminar in Kettering, UK, entitled 'Children’s footwear – reducing the risk and ensuring the right quality'. The event, on 15th-17th November 2016, is exclusive for SATRA members and will offer an intensive consideration of safety in this product sector. It will also provide practical exploration and the opportunity to discuss the attendee's own products with SATRA experts.
The programme has been designed for anyone involved in the manufacture, supply, distribution or specification of children's footwear. During the sessions, many of the potential risks associated with children's footwear will be investigated, with guidance provided on best practice and how to ensure that products are safe and fit for purpose. Places are limited and early booking is recommended. Please click here to reserve your attendance at this seminar.
