Wolverine Worldwide licenses Stride Rite
The company has also announced the formation of a company ‘Children’s Group’.

USA-based footwear and apparel manufacturer Wolverine Worldwide has announced that Vida Shoes International is to be the brand licensee for Stride Rite children’s footwear in a multi-year deal. In its new role, Vida Shoes International will design, develop and market children’s products under the Stride Rite brand.
Wolverine Worldwide also announced the formation of the Wolverine Children’s Group, established to help grow the company’s children’s business.
The new group is part of the company’s ‘Way Forward’ initiative and will focus on developing Wolverine’s portfolio of children’s products, including Hush Puppies, Keds, Merrell, Saucony and Sperry.
Bornie Del Priore has been appointed as vice president and general manager of the Wolverine Children’s Group. Prior to joining Wolverine Worldwide, Ms Del Priore held senior positions at Tommy Bahama Footwear, Tommy Hilfiger USA, Tommy Hilfiger Footwear and Ralph Lauren Footwear.
