Clarks hires for global team

UK-based international footwear brand owner Clarks has appointed Ben Fletcher and Jack Quinlan to key positions within its European and Asia Pacific businesses.

Mr Fletcher is the new managing director for Europe and joins Clarks from the Boots pharmacy chain, where he was managing director for the company’s optician business. Having spent his early career at Proctor & Gamble, Mr Fletcher also serves as a non-executive director at the British Retail Consortium.

Mr Quinlan’s appointment is as president for the Asia-Pacific region. He brings over three decades of experience in the apparel and footwear industry, gained with Country Road Clothing, Nike, Timberland and, most recently, as senior vice president of Fossil Group.
