SATRA to exhibit at OutDoor Show Europe

Members of the SATRA team will be answering visitors’ questions on a variety of technical subjects.

The OutDoor Show is celebrating its 25th anniversary during 2018, and brings together leading international players from the outdoor industry to present their latest product innovations and sector trends. SATRA will be exhibiting in Hall A1 at the event, which is to be held from 17th-20th June in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

SATRA’s head of research, Tom Bayes, will be available to discuss water resistance, moisture management, advanced whole shoe testing and the latest in testing development. Video footage of the SATRA Pedatron and the SATRA dynamic water resistance tester in action will be available for visitors to view, and these will help to highlight the tests that SATRA conducts on performance and outdoor shoes.

Dr Christine Powley-Williams, assistant director (commercial) says: “We are very excited about exhibiting at the OutDoor Show, as this sector continues to demand increasing performance testing and research expertise. We look forward to talking to our current members at the show and inviting any brand representatives to our stand for us to explain the benefits of joining SATRA.”
