TEXON Italia joins forces with international group

Texon International manufactures a range of materials for footwear and other sectors.

Texon Italia SpA has officially rejoined the Texon International Group. During the past 11 years, Texon Italia has worked closely with the Texon Group to develop and support the supply of its materials within the Italian market. During this time, the company has established a range of new products for the apparel, fashion and safety industries. According to a Texon spokesperson, this integration will enable the company to continue its development of the Italian market, while fully using Texon International’s global presence to back the roll-out of these new offerings.

Texon Italia managing director Paolo Civatti emphasised that the company has always been close to the international group, and the re-integration back to the Texon family is a logical step in the growth of its global portfolio. Texon Italia, both directly and through its Akita affiliate, has a range of products that includes technical woven fabrics for footwear, apparel and accessories, and safety materials that are said to comply with the new European safety regulations.
