Humanitarian award for Skechers president
Skechers president Michael Greenberg was presented with the T Kenyon Holly Award for outstanding local, national and global humanitarian achievements for children at US-based footwear charity Two Ten Foundation’s recent New York gala. Mr Greenberg’s philanthropic efforts are reported to have funded education and supported children with special needs. He has also helped hundreds of footwear employees and their families facing a major life crisis, such as homelessness, a medical emergency, loss of employment or natural disaster – most recently giving assistance to hurricane victims in Puerto Rico and others who had been affected by the California wildfires.
