SATRA to exhibit at first EU Materials Show in London

American Events Inc – organiser of the popular NE and NW Materials Shows held in the USA – is launching a new event, called the ‘EU Materials Show’. This new fair will be held in London on 1st and 2nd May 2019 to bring together representatives from footwear manufacturers and shoe component suppliers. Demand from shoemakers and sourcing companies for a European version of the American shows led to the creation of this new event.

SATRA will be exhibiting and supporting the EU Materials Show, which will be held at the Old Truman Brewery – a well-known venue for fashion trade fairs in the heart of London.

“We look forward to welcoming delegates from all areas of the footwear industry to our stand,” commented Lynne Fenyk, SATRA’s divisional head of footwear. “We are regular exhibitors at the NE and NW Materials Shows in the USA, which we always find extremely successful for meeting new and existing customers, and we will now meet Europe-based customers who perhaps haven’t visited the US shows.”

The EU Materials Show will be open on 1st May between 9am and 5pm and on the following day between 9am and 4pm.
