Stanbee appoints experienced manager

Roy Hill has worked in the footwear and textile industries for more than three decades.

Footwear industry veteran Roy Hill has joined US-based footwear components producer Stanbee as sales and technical service manager. Roy brings over 30 years of industry expertise to his new role, ranging from footwear manufacturing to the sales and marketing of high-quality textiles. His extensive background is said to include assisting customers with research and development, improving cost efficiencies and developing environmental solutions with sustainable manufacturing options. Based in Battle Ground, Washington State, Roy will serve customers across the USA.

Michael Berkson, chief executive of Stanbee, said: “We are very excited to have Roy join us at Stanbee. His strong background in this business and knowledge of customer needs will be a great addition to our sales team, but we are equally excited to get him working with our R&D team.”
