Crocs opens new HQ
Casual footwear producer Crocs has opened a new corporate headquarters in the US state of Colorado. The 90,000 square foot facility located in Broomfield, some 20 miles from Denver, is planned to eventually be home to the current 375 employees once public health guidance restricting the number of employees allowed in the building at one time ends, as well as accommodating future recruitment.
As well as areas for employee collaboration and conferences, the new office space will feature outdoor and indoor working locations, rooms dedicated to private conversations and even a wayfinding technology to help members of staff navigate their way to specific meetings.
According to Crocs’ senior vice president and chief people officer Shannon Sisler, providing employees with what the company describes as a ‘home for work’ feeling will continue to attract industry talent.
