Clarks launches 'back to school fit guarantee'

With British schools reopening in September, footwear producer Clarks recently announced that if a pair of its shoes no longer fits while not meeting the company’s existing guarantee policy, an exchange will be offered for a new, correctly-fitting pair to the same value. If Clarks is unable to exchange any shoes due to a lack of availability, a full refund will be offered.

This new guarantee applies to shoes from infant size 10 upwards from the full-price ‘Back to School Kids’ range, purchased in-store in the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands between 13th July and 14th September 2020. The footwear in the scheme includes school shoes, school boots, plimsoles and school sports shoes, which must have been fitted by a trained Clarks employee. Exchanges of these sizes to a correctly-fitting shoe can be made from the date of purchase until 28th February 2021. Clarks will also ensure that infant sizes 7 to 9.5 remain the correct fit until 30th November 2020.
