Record year for Columbia Sportswear
The company’s results for 2021 have been described as ‘exceptional’.
Sporting and outdoor goods producer Columbia Sportswear has announced full-year revenue for 2021 of USD 3.1 billion (GBP 2.3 billion). This represents a 25 per cent growth over the previous year’s figure. According to chief executive Tim Boyle, the company’s results for 2021 were ‘exceptional’, with record revenues of more than USD 1.1 billion (GBP 811 million) being achieved for the last quarter of the year. Columbia is reportedly confident of further growth during 2022.
