Desma relaunches House Fair

The last event was held in 2018.

Footwear machinery manufacturer DESMA has announced with ‘great excitement and anticipation’ that its traditional House Fair in the German town of Achim is to be held again after a break of almost four years. The last edition in September 2018 drew more than 780 trade visitors and 50 exhibitors for the two-day event. According to DESMA, representatives from the entire footwear sector used this event for in-depth knowledge-sharing and comprehensive networking.

Despite the present crises and the ongoing virulent pandemic, the company aims to make the 2022 House Fair as successful as its predecessors. The event is planned to showcase technical innovations in the field of design variety and customisation, automation and digital networking, sustainability and new robot applications. Exhibitors and visitors will also have the chance to visit DESMA’s ‘factory of the future’.
