SATRA publishes Sustainability Special

The new publication provides key information on sustainability topics

Many companies are on sustainability journeys, involving both their products and their business methods. At SATRA, we understand the importance of such a broad topic being understood throughout an organisation, to ensure that correct decisions can be made on validation processes and appropriate claims.

To help SATRA members find this valuable information, we have published a special issue of SATRA Bulletin containing sustainability-related articles. It provides key information on sustainability topics relevant to the industry, all in one place.

Articles within this publication include ‘Why should we consider the issue of sustainability?’, ‘The use of recycled materials in footwear’. ‘Moving to water-based adhesives’, ‘Minimising and repurposing waste materials’, ‘The legislation landscape’ and ‘The challenges of vegan footwear’.

All SATRA members who regularly receive a printed copy of the monthly SATRA Bulletin magazine will automatically have a copy of the Sustainability Special mailed to them.
