How to ensure good sock fixing
Correct sock (socking) fixing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and problems can prove costly.
While consumers will sometimes return footwear with a sock adhesion problem to the retailer, it is not usually a major cause of returns. Wearers will simply remove a sock that has slipped or distorted altogether or re-attach the sock themselves. However, the problem still causes dissatisfaction and is likely to affect a consumer’s decision when making future purchases.
