SATRA’s online course now available in English and Chinese

All modules of SATRA’s new online course are now available in Chinese.

Following the success of the English version of SATRA’s Footwear Foundations online training course, we are pleased to announce that all modules of this special training programme are now additionally available in Chinese.

The course consists of 12 modules covering many aspects of shoemaking, including design, upper materials, structural components, sole attachment and testing. Each module features high-quality diagrams and animations to explain complex subjects, as well as a glossary of technical terms, which is accessible throughout the course.

In addition to the interactivity throughout the modules, there is a short quiz at the end of each section, to help students to check their understanding of the material covered. A final end-of-course review module gives learners the chance to test their knowledge on all 12 modules, after which they can download the Footwear Foundations certificate.
