On opens flagship store in Milan

The new store is the company’s 37th retail establishment in Europe, North America and Asia.

Swiss sportswear brand On has opened its first store in Italy, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. This flagship establishment, spread over two floors and with a floor area of 480 square metres, is said to mark a significant milestone in the company’s expansion.

According to Bianca Pestalozzi, general manager EMEA at On, the Milan store is an exciting milestone for the company both in Italy and worldwide. She adds that the location is an excellent meeting place for locals and international visitors to discover On’s latest innovations and product range.

The ground floor hosts running and new arrival collections, while the lower ground floor is dedicated to training, tennis and lifestyle products. This latter area has been transformed into a piazza where the community can gather and features sculptural elements emerging from the floor and ceiling.

On currently operates 37 stores in Europe, North America and Asia, including 20 in China. The company says that the continued expansion of branded stores demonstrates its commitment to offering ‘customer-centric physical retail experiences on a global scale’.
