Lectra appoints Marketing Director for fashion
Anastasia Charbin has moved into a marketing role at Lectra.
In line with Lectra’s reported intention to accelerate growth and introduce new products for the fashion industry over the next 18 months, the technology solutions provider has promoted Anastasia Charbin (‘Stacey’) to the role of Marketing Director, Fashion.
With more than 15 years’ industry experience, Ms Charbin has worked in fashion and fashion technology for a number of companies, including Gerber Technology, Karat Software, Cross Creek Apparel and Perigee Software. She has a Master of Textiles and Apparel Management from North Carolina State University, and two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Delaware.
Since joining Lectra in May 2008 as Head of Design Solutions, Ms Charbin has led the launch of the Kaledo V2 textile and fashion design software platform, and collaborated with Lectra’s North American customers and Research & Development teams to develop services for fashion houses and retailers. Based in Paris, she reports to Lectra Chief Executive, Daniel Harari.
“In the current post-crisis climate where positions can very quickly grow stronger or weaker, creativity and responsiveness combined with consistent quality have become key differentiators for fashion companies,” said Mr Harari. “I have every confidence that Stacey will support Lectra in bringing improved solutions to our customers and provide thought leadership to the industry as a whole.”
