New member Harson Shoes selects SATRASumm system

Chinese footwear manufacturer Harson Shoes International Co Ltd has joined SATRA in order to benefit from a technical partnership with the Technology Centre. Along with the other advantages associated with SATRA membership, the Shenzhen City-based producer of women’s fashion shoes and apparel will receive assistance with the training of staff and the interpretation of SATRA test reports. As Harson Shoes uses a considerable amount of leather in its manufacturing processes, the SATRASumm materials management system has proved to be of particular interest to the company’s senior management team. The program is scheduled to be installed within its factory in the near future.
