ESM gains Groz-Beckert certification

Located in Northamptonshire – the traditional heart of the British footwear industry – the European Shoe Machinery Company (ESM) has become the first UK-based business to be certified as an authorised dealer for Groz-Beckert footwear stitching machine needles. ESM has met Groz-Beckert’s criteria for stocking levels, service and reliability and, as such, can now call on support from the manufacturer’s technical department to provide assistance to its customers.

“Groz-Beckert has a 'no-compromise' attitude to quality with its products,” ESM Managing Director, Roberto Petrozzi told SATRA Bulletin Editor, Stuart Morgan. “For ESM to be certified is a validation that our own commitment to the very best engineering excellence – and the after-sales service we offer our own customers – is truly recognised.”

Groz-Beckert’s UK Managing Director, John Elson commented: “This award is in recognition of Roberto’s continued good work and cooperation with Groz-Beckert to promote our products within the footwear industry.”
