Appraising water resistance

In some styles of footwear, water resistance is one of the most sought-after features, yet it can also be one of the most difficult to achieve. Footwear manufacturers would like to claim that their footwear is highly water-resistant, so SATRA has developed a wide range of material and whole shoe tests which can be used to evaluate and verify footwear water resistance claims.
