Ladislav earns SAFT award

SATRA’s Ladislav Chymcak has successfully completed the internationally-recognised SATRA Accredited Footwear Technologist (SAFT) qualification. SAFT is divided into six key areas of manufacture: lasts and fitting, materials/constructions, laboratory testing procedures, product design/performance/risk assessment, quality assurance/supplier auditing and industrial footwear. Once the course is completed, delegates can take written examinations to receive SAFT accreditation.
